MEET THE TEAM

Andy and his wife Becky live in Mason with their three kids. Andy is our lead pastor and Becky works in the biotech sphere in the marketplace.  Andy loves anything with an engine and get aways with his family when at all possible. More than anything, Andy and Becky want all people everywhere to hear the amazing news of the gospel and experience significant life change because of Jesus. 

John lives in Loveland, OH with his wife Christine and their two beautiful daughters, Lennon and Emma. John is the pastor of worship and operations at All Church and is responsible for many things from music to human resources. John’s desire is to raise up leaders in the local church for the glory of God. He loves coffee, good food, and movie nights with his family.

Brad and his wife, Kara, live in Blue Ash with their only daughter, Jane. He loves to spend quality time with his girls or read good books in his free time. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Divinity at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and has a heart to help people love God fully by knowing Him truly.

Morgan is married to Jeff and together they have a wild little girl, Raelynn! Morgan and her family enjoy traveling together. The Williams love spending time with their extended family and their community here at All Church. Morgan is passionate about helping faith in God become real and fun for kids of all ages! 

Kristen and her husband, Heath, have called All Church their home since joining the launch team in 2015. They have two children, Avery and Isaac. Her free time is often spent volunteering at her children's school or relaxing with her family. Kristen's core desire for AC Kids is that each child would have a solid foundation to develop a genuine love for Jesus.

Conner and his wife, Cait, live in Sharonville with their two cats and dog. They have been attending All Church since 2019 before coming on staff in 2021. Conner has a degree from the University of Cincinnati in Secondary Education and has a passion for helping student’s pursue their relationship with Jesus.

Dan is married to his lovely wife Jessica and has two daughters. Production is something he has always had a love for. His desire is to provide All Church with an environment that allows the Holy Spirit to move and that is not distracting for everyone in our house. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing video games. 

Lily and her husband Ben live in Reading with their crazy dog, Koopa. Lily has a heart for people and intentionally pursues them. Her love languages are quality time and drinking a good cup of coffee.

Becky is married to our Lead Pastor, Andy. She also leads Eden, our women's worship nights, and works behind the scenes on strategy and the day to day of All Church.

Christine is married to our Worship Pastor, John, and has two beautiful daughters. Christine loves bringing order to chaos and gets oddly excited about policies and procedures. She is passionate about gift giving, good food, and being prepared for anything. 

Liz has been a part of All Church for several years.  She is a crew member filling the administrative assistant role, working with the staff wherever needed.  Liz and her husband, Michael, live in West Chester.  Their son is also active as a crew member on the Production team.
