The Crew

The Guest Experience Team exists as one of the primary ministry teams to help carry out the mission of All Church by creating welcoming and inviting spaces so people can become fully devoted followers of Jesus.  The ministry of our Guest Experience Team begins the moment guests arrive on our campus! From the parking lot to the auditorium, we have the privilege of connecting with each person and creating a space where they feel valued and ready to receive the Gospel. AC Kids exists to support both children and parents throughout the foundational years, as they learn about God and His amazing love for them!  Our goal is to encourage and educate children on who God is and what He has done for them, while providing a fun and safe environment for them to grow and learn in. This ministry supports children and teens with disabilities through one-on-one and/or small-group care that encourages inclusion, discipleship, and spiritual growth. These Crew members help create safe, welcoming spaces where every individual can learn, belong, and grow in their relationship with God. The Production crew exists to serve the vision of All Church by providing the tools to create a distraction-free experience. We use technology to help enhance the presentation of the Gospel and for it to be heard clearly and seen fully. Production Crew Application

Our Middle School and High School ministries meet on Wednesday nights from 7-9pm. Those evenings are called Rooted. Our team seeks caring, compassionate, and committed individuals who will invest in building authentic relationships with students and guiding them into a lasting relationship with Christ. The prayer team exists to offer prayer for those seeking the intercession of God’s people on their behalf. The prayer team will volunteer on Sunday mornings to pray with individuals after the worship gathering and will receive prayer requests throughout the week as they come in to the Care Pastor. Being a group leader is as simple as opening your home to others and opening a Bible together. All Church will equip you with everything you need to launch and facilitate your new AC Group. We provide weekly discussion questions written by a pastor pertaining to the most recent sermon, recommended resources for further personal or group study, and an annual training for all our AC Group leaders. Group Leader Application

The Guest Experience Security Team exists as one of the specialized ministry teams to help carry out the All Church mission by playing a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who attends our gatherings. The Security Team is responsible for monitoring the entire building, including the Lobby, AC Kids areas, and auditorium, to ensure the safety of all guests and staff. While staying alert and observant, Security team members maintain a calm, friendly, and approachable presence, helping guests feel secure and at ease. Security Crew Application
